Warom designs, manufactures and services Hazardous Area Electrical Equipment and appliances, lighting fixtures and marine electrical appliances at its 220,000m² technology park base located in Jiading District, Shanghai. 

This facility is the largest explosion-proof equipment manufacturing facility in China and one of the five largest in the world; a capability which translates into shorter delivery times and less risk to your project schedule.

Advanced automated manufacturing equipment and processes ensure consistent high quality products, all manufactured entirely in-house.

Warom has acquired intellectual property rights to all of its products and has obtained Chinese and international patent certificates. The Warom trademark is registered in more than 30 countries and the company’s products are sold throughout China and in over 50 countries around the world.

Warom’s products are manufactured to a strict quality control regime and have obtained IECEx and ATEX certification from international laboratories such as PTB in Germany, LCIE in France, Nemko and DNV in Norway and Eurofins in Italy. Warom’s products have also received certification from FM Global in the USA, CU-TR in Russia, PESO in India, INMETRO in Brazil and TISI in Thailand.
