New Product Release: IECEx HRT97 Explosion-Proof LED Floodlight

Inatex is pleased to announce the release of the HRT97 Series IECEx explosion-proof LED floodlight, a high-performance hazardous area lighting solution designed for demanding industrial environments.

The HRT97 Series is fully IECEx and ATEX certified and suitable for Zone 2 gas and Zone 21/22 dust hazardous areas. Engineered for reliability, long service life, and high luminous output, it provides a robust lighting solution for oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, mining operations, LNG terminals, and other classified industrial sites.

Available in multiple power ratings from 200W to 1000W, the HRT97 delivers up to 145,000 lumens with excellent optical control. Standard 60° beam optics are supplied, with optional 30° narrow-beam lenses available for long-throw and area-specific illumination requirements. The luminaire features a copper-free aluminium alloy enclosure, toughened glass lens, and IP66 ingress protection, ensuring dependable performance in harsh outdoor and industrial conditions.

Designed to international hazardous area standards, the HRT97 complies with IEC 60079 and EN 60079, supports gas group IIC, and offers T4 / T130°C and T3 / T195°C temperature classifications. A wide input voltage range allows for global deployment across AC and DC power systems, while a rated LED lifetime of up to 100,000 hours significantly reduces maintenance and operating costs.
